General Terms and Conditions
Conference participation, accommodation and social programe bookings will be confirmed by Rathanea. Deadline is the day of recepit of the application together with a simultaneous direct debit mandate for the amount due. All bookings are binding. All statements are required in writing. Oral agreements are only binding when these are confirmed by Rathanea in writing and without delay. All payment is in advance.
Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellation received before 04.03.2012: 100% refund
Cancellation received before 04.04.2012: 80% refund
Cancellation received before 04.05.2012: 50% refund
Cancellation received after 04.05.2012 or no cancellation notice: no refundable
For alterations of reservations or any other invoiced item, an administrative surcharge of 20 € will be made. There will be no refund in case of full or partial absense, if cancellation notice is not received in time, late arrival unused services, in case of unattended side events, workshops, social programes or late termination of attendance. Alternative participants are accepted for an administrative charge of 20 €. Social programes can only be carried out if a certain minumum number of participants per programe is reached. Refunds will be made in case this minimum is not reached. No refund will be made in case of cancellation of a social programe or any of its items is made by a participant. Rathanea reserves the right to make any or all necessary changes or modifications. All refunds will be considered after the Conference. Bank charges for return debit notes are on the participant's account.
If the Conference is cancelled for reasons beyond of the control of the organisers, registration fees will be refunded following deducation of unavoidable expences.
On site registration
On site registration will be only available if the maximum number of participants has not been met.

All bank transfer payments and bank charges belog to client /participant.

Invoice details
We strongly advise you to register in advance to avoid waiting upon your arrival. Please note that registration fee and hotel accommodation should be paid in advance to technical organizer Spektar putovanja by credit card or in one of the bank accounts below.
Corresponding invoice will be sent by e-mail.
Once the payment is settled you will be e-mailed registration and hotel accommodation confirmation.
Kindly make sure to proceede with payment after receipt of invoice. Bank transfer payments – bank charges belong to client/participant.
