Presentation
The JVC-14/EVC-12/AMDVG-11/CroSloVM-19 conference will be organized as a single unified event, with plenary and invited presentations by invitation, and regular oral and poster contributions.
ORAL CONTRIBUTIONS:
- For the oral presentations, the following equipment will be present:
• laptops/desktops with XP or Windows 2000 and Microsoft Office Power Point - thus presentations on CD or USB flash memory are preferred (if presenting author require something else please contact organisers)
• digital projector for the presentation projector will be available in the lecture room; - The speakers/presenters are kindly asked to submit the presentation material at least 30 min before the beginning of the session, and preferably on the previous day.
- Time available for oral presentation (with discussion)
-plenary talk: 45 min,
-invited talk: 35 min,
-contributed talk: 20 min.
POSTER CONTRIBUTIONS:
- Maximal dimension of posters: A0 size area in vertical position 840 x 1190 mm; (pannel is 950 by 1390 millimetres)
- Presenting authors are kindly requested to fix their posters in the evening preceding their poster session or before the first lecture of the day of their poster session;
- Tools to fix the posters are supplied by the organisers;
- Posters should be removed immediately after the end of poster sessions, at 19:30.
