CALL for ABSTRACT SUBMISSION



There will be plenary and invited presentations by invitation and there will be oral (20 min) and poster contributions at JVC-14/EVC-12/AMDVG-11/CroSloVM-19.



You are encouraged to submit the abstract of your contribution. Original (unpublished) presentations on new results can be accepted. The Programme Committee will evaluate the abstracts and set up the programme of the conference.



Official language of the conference and papers is English.



Formal requirements of the abstract:



You are requested to prepare a RTF document, A4 format, using the abstract template given here:



TITLE (capital letters, Times New Roman, bold, 14pt, centered )


Author1, Author22, Author31 (12pt, bold, italic, presenting author is underlined)


1 Affiliation, Full Address of Author 1, 3 (12pt, italic)


2 Affiliation, Full Address of Author 2 (12pt, italic)


Corresponding author: cor.author@e-mail.address (12pt)



Text in MS Word should be written in English on page format A4 (297×210mm), single line spacing, Times New Roman, letter size 12pts and justified. Abstract should not exceed 300 words excluding title, authors and affiliation. Leave margin of 2.5 cm on each side. It should contain the title of paper, author(s), affiliation, postal address, e-mail address of the corresponding author, and main text. The title should be written in capitals (14pts) and separated by one blank line from the authors' names (bold in Italic style) and affiliation (that should be in Italic style), with the presenting author's name underlined. One blank line spacing is between the e-mail address and the main text. Figures, tables or references should not be included in the abstract.

Please note that each registered participant may present only one oral or poster presentation, but he/she can be a co-author in other registered participant’s presentation.
